SWRl400 Series Fully Automatic Atmospheric Jumbo Jigger

The SWRl400 series is a jumbo jigger built for large fabric rolls and wide working widths. Its mechanical structure follows the layout common to imported jumbo jiggers. It was refined according to real production needs and developed by our own factory. It is one of the common dyeing machines in dyeing and finishing.

It is suitable for pre-treatment, post-treatment and dyeing of various fabrics under atmospheric conditions. It meets the industry demand for small batches and multiple varieties, combining desizing, scouring and bleaching-dyeing in one machine - reasonable structure, wide adaptability, stable performance, easy maintenance and safe, reliable operation.

Main features:

1. PLC control throughout, with an imported touch-screen operating panel.

2. Mechanical structure designed after imported jiggers and improved in manufacturing.

3. A speed-measuring device is fitted on the bottom roller to achieve constant linear speed; the signal is reliable.

4. Integrated dye-liquor circulation and dosing systems give uniform dyeing and timed dosing.

5. The control system provides automatic reversing, automatic lane change, automatic length counting and automatic temperature control.

6. Top lighting, a fault alarm lamp and an emergency stop bar are fitted as standard for safe operation and easy maintenance.
