What the SWR1000 large-roll jigger offers
The SWR1000 is an automatic atmospheric large-roll jigger. It runs open-width fabric between two rolls and counts passes, reverses and stops by itself.
Runda lists it for silk, cotton, nylon, rayon and synthetic filament. It dyes with disperse, sulfur, vat, direct and reactive dyes and also scours, bleaches and washes at constant tension and linear speed.
Runda says the design follows imported jiggers, with improvements from market feedback, and reports a Gold Medal at the Fifth Patent, New Technology and New Product Expo.

Selection points for the SWR1000
Fabric. Silk, nylon and rayon filament cloth runs well with low, steady tension.
Atmospheric limit. It does not suit high-temperature dyeing of polyester. For that, see the GR680 series.
Automatic functions. Pass counting and reversing reduce operator error. Ask about the control panel language.
Width and roll. Give the widest cloth and roll length so Runda confirms the build.
Auxiliaries. Cloth discharge and circulation are available for larger rolls.
Typical applications of the SWR1000 Atmospheric Jigger
- Reactive dyeing of cotton and rayon
- Dyeing of silk and nylon at low tension
- Scouring, bleaching and washing of open-width fabric
- Small to mid-size lots
Configuration options
- Cloth discharge unit (optional)
- Liquor circulation pump (optional)
- Dye dosing tank (optional)
- Central control (optional)
Items marked optional are available on request. The final configuration is confirmed on the quotation.
SWR1000 Atmospheric Jigger: frequently asked questions
What does it do automatically?
Pass counting, reversing, direction change and stop.
Can it dye polyester?
Only below 100 °C processes. For disperse dyeing at high temperature, use a GR680 HTHP jigger.
What is the difference from the SWR1000-1500?
The SWR1000-1500 page lists six working widths from 1,800 to 3,400 mm. This page covers the base SWR1000 model.
What details do you need?
Fabric, width, roll length, dye class and destination country.
