Dyeing line

Machines that put color on fabric, yarn and garments. Jiggers run woven fabric flat. Overflow machines run knit and delicate fabric in a loop. Package, hank, beam and rope machines dye yarn. Continuous ranges run long lots of woven cloth.

3D rendering of a jigger dyeing machine: two fabric rolls above a stainless steel dye trough, guide rollers and a control cabinetDyeing LineJigger Dyeing MachinesOpen-width jiggers for woven fabric, supplied from Qianzhou, Wuxi. Atmospheric and high-temperature models, working widths from 1,600 to 3,400 mm.3D rendering of a horizontal overflow dyeing machine: stainless steel pressure vessel with a round hinged door, circulation pump and control cabinetDyeing LineOverflow Dyeing MachinesHigh-temperature, high-pressure overflow dyeing machines for polyester, nylon, microfiber and blended fabric. Up to 250 kg per tube, 145 °C.3D rendering of a package dyeing machine: vertical pressure vessel, yarn package carrier, circulation pump and control cabinetDyeing LinePackage Dyeing MachinesYarn package dyeing machines for cones and cheeses. The dye liquor is pumped through the yarn packages in a sealed vessel.3D rendering of an industrial garment dyeing machine: open stainless steel tank loaded with garments, with a control cabinetDyeing LineGarment Dyeing MachinesMachines that dye finished garments after sewing. Paddle type and rotary drum type, for T-shirts, knitwear, jeans, socks, towels and underwear.3D rendering of a hank dyeing machine: stainless steel dye tank with yarn hanks on hanger pipes, circulation pump and control cabinetDyeing LineHank, Beam & Rope Dyeing MachinesThree ways to dye yarn before weaving: loose hanks, warp beams, and ropes for indigo denim. They differ in yarn form, batch size and line size.3D rendering of a continuous dyeing range: fabric feed, padding trough, heated chambers with exhaust ducts and a control consoleDyeing LineContinuous Dyeing RangesPad-dry-thermosol and pad-steam lines for woven fabric. Finishing line

Machines that dewater, dry, set, treat and coat fabric after dyeing: stenters, dryers, padding mangles, resin finishing lines, coating machines, pre-shrinking machines, calenders and more.

3D rendering of a modular stenter line: fabric entry, enclosed heating chambers with exhaust ducts and an operator consoleFinishing LineStenter MachinesHot air stenter (tenter) machines for drying, finishing and heat setting woven and knit fabric. Nominal width 1,800 to 3,400 mm, oven temperature up to 220 °C.3D rendering of a multi-section fabric drying machine with inspection windows, blowers and exhaust ductingFinishing LineFabric Drying MachinesRelax dryers for knit fabric and drying ranges for woven fabric. Choose by how the cloth should behave: relaxed and bulky, or held flat at width.3D rendering of a padding mangle: fabric dipping into a stainless steel trough and passing between two squeeze rollers with pressure cylinders, plus a control cabinetFinishing LinePadding ManglesPadders that put dye or chemical on open-width fabric and squeeze it to an even wet pick-up. Working width 1,800 to 3,200 mm.3D rendering of a fabric resin finishing line: unwinder, padding mangle, curing ovens with exhaust ducts, winder and control consoleFinishing LineResin Finishing Line for FabricPad-dry-cure lines for wrinkle-resistant and easy-care finishing of cotton and blended fabric. A padding mangle in front, a hot air stenter behind.3D rendering of a fabric coating line: unwinding stand, enclosed oven with viewing windows and exhaust ducts, and a control consoleFinishing LineFabric Coating MachinesCoating lines that apply PU, PVC, acrylic or other coatings to woven fabric, then dry or cure them in an oven. RD series, built to your fabric and coating.3D rendering of a hydro-extractor: stainless steel centrifugal basket with a perforated drum, open lid and drive motorFinishing LineHydro ExtractorsCentrifugal dewatering machines for wet fabric, garments and yarn. A spinning drum throws out most of the water before drying.3D rendering of a pre-shrinking machine: fabric feed, large drum section on a steel frame and a control cabinetFinishing LinePre-shrinking MachinesCompressive shrinkage ranges for woven cotton, denim and canvas. The cloth is shortened in the mill so that it does not shrink when the customer washes it.3D rendering of a fabric calender: stacked rollers with a polished steel top roll, pressure cylinders and fabric passing through the nipFinishing LineCalender MachinesCalenders for woven fabric. The cloth runs between heated, pressed rollers to give gloss, a flat surface or an embossed pattern.3D rendering of a sueding machine: emery-covered rollers, fabric webs, a dust extraction hood and a control consoleFinishing LineSueding MachinesSueding (emerizing) machines that sand the cloth surface into a short, fine pile. The result is a peach skin or suede handle.3D rendering of a padding unit for softening and starching: chemical trough, rollers, drying cabinet and control cabinetFinishing LineSoftening & Starching MachinesEquipment for the two opposite hand-feel finishes: softening, which makes cloth supple, and starching, which makes it firm.3D rendering of a fabric hot stamping machine with foil rolls, pressure rollers and a control consoleFinishing LineHot Foil Stamping Machines for FabricMachines that transfer metal or colored foil onto fabric with heat and pressure. For decorative foil patterns and surface finishing on cloth.3D rendering of a stainless steel alkali reduction machine: fabric entry rollers, hinged covers, exhaust manifold and a control cabinetFinishing LineAlkali Reduction MachinesLiquid-flow machines for caustic weight reduction of polyester fabric. Softer, silk-like handle, 10 to 25% weight reduction, atmospheric operation.3D rendering of a cloth rolling machine: fabric roll on a spindle, an inspection table and a control panelFinishing LineCloth Rolling MachinesBatchers that wind finished fabric into even rolls at the end of a dyeing or finishing line.
