What the LMH101 padding and drying range covers
The LMH101 combines a padding mangle and a dryer in one open-width range. Cloth is impregnated in a pad bath, squeezed to a set pick-up, then dried straight away.
Runda lists it for pure cotton, chemical fibre and blended fabric. It is a compact route for soft-hand finishes, light resin finishes and dye or chemical pad applications that do not need a full stenter.
Numeric data is supplied in the data sheet on request. Width, speed and dryer type are confirmed per order.

Selection points for the LMH101
Process. Decide whether the job is dry-only or needs curing. If a resin must be cured at 150 °C or higher, the line needs a curing oven or a stenter behind the padder.
Pick-up control. Ask for the squeeze pressure range and how pick-up is held across the width. This decides shade or finish evenness.
Width. State the widest cloth. The pad trough and rolls follow it.
Chemicals. Give the pad liquor type, so the trough, rolls and pump materials are selected correctly.
Speed. Match the dryer length to the speed and moisture. Runda sets this per order.
