What the NSWR680-1000 double-inverter jigger is for
A jigger dyes open-width fabric by winding it from one roll to another through a small dye bath. The NSWR680-1000 is a jumbo jigger with two frequency converters, one for each roll drive. Runda fits imported Yaskawa converters and a customised PLC controller.
Two drives let the machine hold constant fabric speed and set the tension on each roll separately. That matters for tension-sensitive cloth and for keeping shade steady from the first pass to the last.

Selection points for the NSWR680-1000
Fabric. Open-width woven and knit fabric suit the jigger. Fine or tension-sensitive cloth gains most from independent roll drives.
Atmospheric or pressure. This is an atmospheric model. Polyester dyed with disperse dye above 100 °C needs a high-temperature pressure jigger.
Control level. The PLC is customised. Say which functions you want, such as pass counting, auto reversing, temperature profile and dosing.
Roll capacity. Give your usual roll length and diameter. The model code does not replace a confirmed capacity.
Auxiliaries. Ask about cloth discharge and a circulation unit if you batch heavy rolls.
