What the RD coating machine range covers
The RD series is a range of fabric coating machines. A coating machine spreads a polymer paste or foam on one side of the cloth, then passes it through an oven to dry and cure the layer.

Selection points for an RD coating machine
Paste type. PU, acrylic, PVC and silicone pastes behave differently. State the paste so the oven and ventilation fit.
Coating method. Knife-over-roll gives a smooth surface; floating knife suits thin fabric; roller coating gives thin even films.
Coating weight. Give the dry weight you target. It sets oven length and speed.
Oven. Heat source and exhaust matter. Solvent-based pastes need safe ventilation.
Width. State the widest cloth. Edge control and tension depend on it.
